The GFFE is happy to award the Outdoor Mindfulness Space Grant to Rachel Daniels at the Guilford Community Nursery School.
The Outdoor Mindfulness Space Grant will provide the preschool program at CNS with materials, including an elevated platform and seating, to create this space in the great outdoors!
Students will have an outdoor place where they can participate in focused yoga, breathing and relaxation activities. The goal of the outdoor mindfulness space is to help teach our youngest students lifetime mindfulness skills that they can take with them through elementary, middle, and high school.
