Bringing STEM to Guilford Girls

In the spring of 2025 The Guilford Fund for Education was thrilled to fund a grant for a new program through Guilford's Women & Family Life Center called EmpowHER: Girls in STEM for girls in 5th and 6th grade. Their program kicked off in September and has attracted much deserved press!

The GFFE funds innovative ideas brought to us by educators or students in Guilford, from Guilford Public Schools or any non-profit organization that services Guilford Youth. We are so excited to support W&FLC and look forward to more opportunities in the future to bring new ideas to the community.
